Sanırım resmini verdiğiniz modem Albrecht marka PC-COM Modem.

Modemden emin olmamakla birlikte Albrecht olduğunu düşünerek konnektör bağlantılarını aşağıya yazıyorum.

Technical Information Packet Radio Modem PC-COM
Connector Wiring
Albrecht PC-COM Packet Radio modem is equipped with 9-PIN SUB-D-type connectors
on both analogue and digital terminals. The modem’s female plug can be directly
inserted to any free 9 pin COM-port of a PC compatible Computer. The other (male)
connector is used to connect the modem with the audio ports and the PTT circuit of
the transceiver.
Note: Normally, no connection is necessary for power supply of the modem. DC
Pulses provided from computer side are rectified and used as power supply of the
modem.
