Yıllar önce bir TS140 ile çok uğraşmıştım
Sonunda tüm board ve soketleri alkol ile yıkayıp sorunu çözmüştüm fakat arızayı hiç bir zaman tespit edememiştim ,
Bakın Amerikalı amatör 2000 lerde bir foruma yazdıklarımı okuyup geçte olsa yol göstermek istemiş

In 2000, you asked about UNLOCK errors with a Kenwood TS-140s.

I had similar trouble, and fixed it - after a Kenwood employee told
me how to fix it.  It is a common problem with that rig.  This
information may be 17 years too late, but I will explain.  Until I
fixed mine, I heard many different error CW messages it sent - far
more than just the UNLOCK error.

The socket used for the EPROM, should be removed, and the EPROM
should be soldered directly to the PC board.

I soldered the EPROM to the board, and the rig has worked flawlessly
ever since.  I bought mine about 1986, and did the repair a year later,
after the warranty expired.
